Minimalist trend: strappy sandals

Spring weather calls for strappy sandals! One trend I fell in love with are definitely these small sandals with really thin straps. Pairing them with enormous blazers is my favourite thing to pair them with. Playing with contrats in sizing when puting together an outfit is so fun!

About strappy sandals, these are from Zara and qute frankly they are so similar to that The Row sandals. They have the most amazing shoes ever. But until the money comes in, check below for some of the more affordable strappy sandals.

How to wear snake print in 2019

I dived into the world of nudes and beiges and I am so inspired by all the beautiful outfits with those colours. I was always anti anything brown so this is a nice change for me. This look is from my trip to Budapest, I love to wear same colour clothing together. Especially with those snake print boots! I never thought I was snake print kind of gal but here I am pairing them with almost everything. It is so easy! Especially if you have a closet full of basics. Snake print is perfect for making an outfit unique.

Denim jacket – How to layer it like a minimalist

One of my absolute favourite outfits in winter is layered denim jacket. Since you can’t wear it on it’s own then the best next thing is to put an oversized coat over it. While black coat looks really chic, you can make a contrast a bit bigger and choose camel coat. Camel and blue go so well together! One thing you have to keep an eye on when choosing the right denim jacket is the sleeve lenght. Especially me since I am quite tall and usually all sleeves are too short meaning they don’t even show under the coat sleeves. I got this one at Long tall Sally and sleeves are so long, it is refreshing. Perfect for layering!

Minimal way to wear checked print

You guys… this checked coat has been such a staple piece for a while now and it is still going strong! As a minimalist I absolutely love to wear checked print with simple pieces such as basic denim and warm knit for colder days. Also can’t wait to wear it with short dresses in spring!

Snake print boots you will love

There is something new in my closet that I never knew it will be- snake print boots! And this is my favourite way to wear them. All those awesome instagram outfits really sold me on that print, I had to get them. You can find a lot of snake print boots online but these Zara ones are something else. I was raving about this Zara boots model before (check my look with Zara black boots HERE), they are really comfortable. Also pulled out these 505 jeans, almost forgot I had them. Anyway, I am slowly diving into some neutral colour looks, I have been enjoying them lately!

This checked coat is a MUST HAVE

Short story: this is the most instagrammable checked coat ever! H&M came out with this one last season I think and of course I did not get it… and it was sold out so quickly. But somehow I found it on the website a week back and I got it. Checked coat that classic statement piece that is good to have. I especially love the fact that it is oversized. It transforms an outffit in a sec! I for sure had to combine it with some knee high boots- this seasons trend! Long coat and these kind of boots are my favourite combination this year.
